my 2D4D ratio. Is this below average?

(Although it is more accurate to be around ~0.91 due to the irregular parallel of the lines used to measure that resulted in ~0.897) *Ignore the 3rd and 5th digits' measurements.
I am 22 Female. Which means the average 2D4D ratio = 0.91
Would you consider this below average for female and in fact an indication of elevated testosterone levels/ low estrogen level? Or is the margin of error in the measurement too large?
